Daily Backups
Subtitlevideo servers are backed up regularly to prevent any loss or corruption of important information. Subtitlevideo uses Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is compliant with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, 27017:2015, 27018:2019, and ISO/IEC 9001:2015.
Data Deletion
When you delete your data from the Subtitlevideo application, your data is permanently deleted from Subtitlevideo’s servers as well. If you’d like us to manually delete your information, please let us know. We are happy to do so.
Data Encryption
Encryption both in transit and at rest: All data sent to and from our infrastructure is encrypted in transit. At rest, your data is secured using HTTPS and Transport Layer Security (TLS).
Third Party Payment Processors
Subtitlevideo does not store your credit card or payment information. Subtitlevideo uses Paypal, one of the world’s largest payment processors, and a certified Level 1 PCI Service Provider.
Industry Leading Cloud Infrastructure Hosting
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in the United States. Other cloud infrastructure that Subtitlevideo utilizes is powered by Google Cloud.
